Project Coordinator

PSI Process, a 100% employee-owned company, is hiring a Project Coordinator. The Coordinator is responsible for processing orders for technical equipment used in water/wastewater collection and treatment projects.
Qualifications:
Good computer and writing skills (verbal and written communication)
Ability to learn new software programs
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work well with people under pressure
Ability to understand how different equipment works together theoretically
Essential tasks include:
Managing internal documents on long range time sensitive projects
Managing communications with customers/vendors/internal team
Submitting technical documents
Ordering and tracking equipment from vendors
Coordinating delivery to jobsites
Coordinating technical equipment commissioning with our service department
