All of our employees who meet the plan criteria participate in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan. Under this plan our employees receive shares of stock in the company and will therefore participate in the long-term success from their efforts.

We are a service company dedicated to customer satisfaction through the sales, service and rental of equipment for sewage, water and other critical applications. Our philosophy is to provide unmatched service, outstanding products and excellent technical support so our customers will continue to use us and recommend our services to their associates.

A commitment to customer satisfaction requires that all employees occasionally sacrifice personal convenience in order to resolve our customers’ emergencies. It is the nature of our business that sewage and water emergencies cannot wait until the next working day. Employees will be called upon to work unscheduled overtime to resolve these problems.

A rotating group of service employees carry cell phones and stand by to work in order that we may give our customer’s 24-hour service. These employees are compensated for this and all drivers, mechanics and technicians take turns being on standby for one-week period at a time.

Job Descriptions

Any person receiving a job offer for this position must undergo a pre-employment physical that will include a drug test and respirator fitness test. All job offers are contingent upon satisfactory completion of this exam.

Employee Benefit Package and Employment Requirements

We offer a very comprehensive benefit program. After completion of our 3-month probationary period, we offer hospitalization, major medical, prescription, dental, life and long term disability insurance. At this time our medical plans cover the employee and their dependents with the only a small contribution required by the employee.

All job offers made by us to all service and other employees with driving responsibilities are contingent upon a satisfactory post offer physical examination including a drug test that must be taken at our expense.

We have a comprehensive Health and Safety program and all employees are required to participate in the relevant training for their position and follow our rules and procedures. We also have a medical monitoring program for our service employees and they are required to participate.
